| How to Join the Sanctuary Choir |
Thank you for your interest in being a part of a vital and anointed ministry in music here at
Rincon Church of God. The Sanctuary Choir has a long and rich heritage of providing quality
music as well as powerful ministry here at Rincon Church of God.
In order for you to be aware of the requirements and guidelines for being a member of the
choir, this participation agreement has been created. I appreciate you taking the time to
prayerfully consider whether or not you would like to be a part of this ministry.

music as well as powerful ministry here at Rincon Church of God.
In order for you to be aware of the requirements and guidelines for being a member of the

SANCTUARY CHOIR PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
1) Each choir member must be a Christian as well as striving to pursue the closest relationship
possible with Jesus Christ.
2) Each choir member must be a regular attendee of the Rincon Church of God. For new persons to
our congregation, they must worship regularly for one month and show signs of faithfulness to their
new church in the areas of worship, attendance and walk with God.
3) Each choir member must be at least 16 years of age.
4) Each choir member is expected to sing in the choir each time the choir ministers whether it is
Sunday morning, Sunday evening or for occasional revival services.
5) Each choir member must agree to be at every rehearsal and on time. Choir rehearsals take place
each Sunday morning at 9:15 am and Sunday afternoons at 4:45 pm.
6) Rehearsals may also take place during a week night from time to time to prepare for holiday
programs.
7) In the event that a choir member cannot be at a rehearsal or worship service, they must contact
the Minister of Music personally or by phone as soon as they know they will be out. We realize that
every choir member will have to miss a rehearsal or service occasionally and when a phone call is
made, that absence is excused.
8) In the event that a choir member consistently misses rehearsals or worship services without
contacting the Minister of Music, the Minister of Music reserves the right to ask the choir member to
no longer participate in this ministry.
9) Each choir member is expected to attend the annual Choir Retreat in its entirety held in September.
